Our large computing package offers substantial resources for AI development. Access to resources requires the submission of a short application, which is evaluated for technical feasibility, innovation, and impact. This package is intended for AI models and applications requiring large compute resources for a maximum of one year.

This package is intended for AI models and applications requiring large compute resources for a maximum of one year.
The large computing package is currently offered for the EuroHPC JU partition of LUMI, within the AIF Industrial Innovation track. Applications are received and evaluated every two weeks.

Cost and billing
The computing resources are open and free-of-charge to AI startups and SMEs for innovation purposes. A limited report describing the achieved results is required.
Do you want to know more of the computing infrastructure behind LUMI AI Factory?
Until the LUMI-AI supercomputer is available in 2027, LUMI AI Factory services are run on the existing LUMI supercomputer.
