AI Consultant

This AI Consultant position involves advising companies and research teams on AI implementation, leading workshops, training sessions, and hackathons to share AI best practices, overseeing case study preparation, and supporting the design, implementation, and testing of AI solutions tailored to partner needs. The consultant will also collaborate on developing tools and services within the AI Factory framework. The position is full-time, fixed-term, with a planned start in February 2026 or by agreement. Candidates must have a university degree (at least MSc/Ing.) in computer science, applied mathematics, or a related field, strong knowledge of AI tools like PyTorch, LangChain, YOLO, and Whisper, awareness of current AI trends and models, excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), and the ability to engage diverse technical and non-technical partners. Experience with HPC environments, AI application deployment, and command-line interface work are advantageous. Proficiency in Czech and physical presence at the It4Innovations building in Ostrava, Czech Republic, are essential requirements for this role.
