Expert technical support for AI Development

The aim of the Expert technical support for AI Development services is to facilitate the successful implementation of AI projects on LUMI for our customers. Both industrial and other customers are engaged through dedicated and in-depth consultation processes spanning from initiation and scoping of new users to deep, hands-on expert support and co-development. The facilitation includes support for using AI software and frameworks in HPC environments, distributed AI model training, MLOps and software engineering, and AI methodology, among other topics.

Expert technical support provides interactive, in-depth support for complex AI challenges. The practical arrangements are agreed on a case-by-case basis and can include online or on-site meetings, regular meetings, and direct communication tools. The services are available to you even before you get access to LUMI supercomputer, and up to the end of your project or until the mutually agreed amount of support is used.

Expert support on training distributed AI models	Take your AI model training further with expert support for completing large-scale distributed AI model training, including configuration tuning, scaling laws, code optimisation, and debugging.
Consultation on AI or HPC optimisation	Get expert support to enhance performance or scalability of program code – whether it’s your own or third‑party software.
